The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (ANCL), calls for sealed quotations from comprehensive and reliable service providers to Replacing & Upgrading of Channel Drainage system at Lake House building.
Interested parties may obtain further details from Head of Maintenance on 011-2429681 and inspection could be arranged from 2025.12.17 to 2025.12.31 by prior appointment during office hours.
Bidding application could be obtained from the Procurement Department, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited from 2025.12.17 to 2025.12.31 between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on weekdays on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.
Bidders, who are interested in providing the above mentioned service to Lake House, are requested to submit bid documents including Company Profile, contact details, Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to prove the contracts performed by the bidder.
Bids for the above should be sent in a sealed envelope marked as “Bids for Replacing and Upgrading of Channel Drainage System” on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10, to reach on or before 06th January 2026 at 2.30 p.m.
Bids may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time. Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening.
