The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL) invites sealed bids qualified and experienced Production Houses, Creative Service Providers and Professionals to provide services for below requirements on a project basis..
Video Production
Visual media productions using below mentioned equipments with operators at selected schools, Institutions and Temples Island wide
1. First Stage
• Video Camera – 02 Nos. – with Operators (one camera should be with gimbal)
• Drone Camera – 01 No. – with Operator
• Clip-on Microphone – 02 sets (Wireless)
• Video Lights – with Operator (For recording purpose)
2. Second Stage
• Video Camera – 01 No. (with operator and gimbal)
(Charges separately need to be provided for each option)
Location will be informed in advance and transport, lodging and food will be provided by Lake House. (Transport to the location from Lake House and return back to Lake House.)
Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope marked as “Bids for Video Filming Service” on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10, to reach on or before 03rd March 2026 at 2.30 p.m.
Bids may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
