Sealed bids are hereby invited from reputed Tailoring entities to provide services for tailoring of uniforms to Lake House employees. Following are the requirement to be met,
• Material will be provided and need to be completed on individual measurement. (Approximate 251 nos. staff members)
• Business Registration and a copy of the valid VAT Registration certificate should be attached with the Bid.
• Should have minimum 03 years experience in providing similar Services.
Those who are interested in providing the above mentioned services to ANCL, are requested to submit offers including company profile, required time to complete the order and contact details for the above.
Bidding application could be obtained from the Procurement Department, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited from 10th February 2025 to 21st February 2025 between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on weekdays on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-.
Offers should be sent in sealed envelope marked as “Bids for Tailoring of Uniforms” on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Department on or before 2.30 pm on 24th February 2025.
Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at 2.30 p.m. on 24th February 2025.
The successful bidder should provide a Performance Bond of Rs. 50,000/- with a validity period of 180 days.
