Sealed bids are hereby invited from reputed companies to provide bids for Office Shoes to Lake House employees. The following are the requirement to be met,
Item – Office Shoes
Colour – Black
Quantity – 196 Nos.
• Laced / Pump – 169 Nos.
• Laced for Security Officers – 27 Nos.
• Ladies Shoes – 01 No.
• Shoes to be provided on individual measurement. (Approximate 196 nos. staff members)
• Business Registration and a copy of the valid VAT Registration certificate should be attached with the Bid.
• Should have minimum 03 years experience in similar field.
Those who are interested in providing the above, are requested to submit bids including company profile, required time to complete the order and contact details for the above.
Offers should be sent in sealed envelope marked as “Bids for Office Shoes” on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Department on or before 2.30 pm on 28 February 2025.
Bids will be opened immediately in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at 2.30 p.m. on 28 February 2025.
