Foreign Offers
The Bidders should quote both FOB and CIF Colombo price ( On at sight as well as 90 days usance). CIF offers should clearly detail Cost, Insurance & Freight Charges (All Inclusive Ocean Freight) separately and should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as “Tender for CTP Digital Photopolymer Violet Plates” on the top left hand corner. ANCL reserves the right to place the order on FOB or on CIF terms.
Local Offers
Ex – stock price indicating transport Charges, VAT and other levies separately should be submitted in a separate cover in the same manner.
Tender documents can be collected on any working day from 30th August 2024 to 12th September 2024 ( before 3.30 pm ) from Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D. R. Wijewardene Mw., Colombo – 10, free of charge. Tender documents are also available on our web site lakehouse.lk/about/tenders.
Offers should be sent to the Head of Procurement or shall deposit in the Bid Box at the Procurement Department on or before 13th September 2024 at 2.30 p.m. and will be opened immediately after the closing time.
Probable date of delivery, Validity of price, terms of payment, technical literature etc., to be clearly indicated on offers.
Acceptance of new sources/ product is subject to a quality test.
Bidders or accredited representatives will be allowed to be present at the opening. However, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
