Duly completed bids enclosed in a sealed envelope marked as “Bids for the Transportation of Newspapers on contract basis” on the top left hand corner of the envelope must either be sent by Registered post addressed to the Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10, or deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Procurement Department to be received on or before 2.30pm on 23rd March 2026 which will be opened immediately, The contractor or his authorized representative may be present on this occasion.
