Sealed bids are invited from potential service providers for supply of daily Janitorial Services to the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd
Bid documents can be obtained between 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Weekdays from 27th August 2025 up to 09th September 2025 from the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, on a written request and payment of a non refundable fee Rs: 500/=.
All bidders are required to conduct a site inspection which could be arranged during working days up to 09th September 2025 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Bid shall include a Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to be attached to prove the contracts performed by the bidder.
All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as “JANITORIAL SERVICE – 2025” on the top left-hand corner addressed to Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10, to reach on or before 10th September 2025 at 2.30 p.m.
Bids may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10.
Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time of the bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening.
However, The Associated Newspaper of Ceylon Ltd, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
