The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (Lake House), Sri Lanka’s Leading Newspaper Establishment invites applications for the contractors for delivery of Newspaper Parcells on commission basis in following routes.
1. Colombo City – (Zones 01 – 15)
2. Battaramulla Area
Individuals or institutions with experience with Newspaper distribution can be apply for the above. Applicants must have valid driving license and suitable vehicle (Motorbike, Three wheeler or other vehicle with cover, that can carry Newspaper parcels) to distribute Newspapers daily to given addresses between 2.00 am to 7.00 am.
Duly completed applications enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “Applications for the Transportation of Newspapers on contract basis” on the top left hand corner of the envelope must either be sent by Registered Post addressed to the Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo – 10 or deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Procurement Department to be received on or before 2.30 p.m. on 20th March 2026
Payment will be paid based on 20% commission rate for each newspaper to be delivered.
The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. reserves the sole right to accept or reject any or all offers received without assigning any reason what so ever.
