INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 1,396 PERCH DEVELOPMENT – LPA/ 2025/ 41
The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL) owns a property of approximately 1,396 perches of bare land situated in close proximity to the townships of Hokandara, Malabe, Thalawathugoda and Pelawatte.
Expressions of interest are invited from the interested parties for utilizing of this property for a suitable development project that will generate substantial revenue to.

Interested parties are invited to submit their Expressions of interest with profile of the firm/ individual, a description of the proposed project, investment capacity and contact information in a sealed envelope marked as “1,396 Perch Development ” on the top left hand corner and should be sent to the Head of Procurement, on or before 3.15 p.m. on 04th August 2025.
