Sealed bids are invited from eligible vendors (hereinafter referred to as “Valuer”) for the valuation of land apprx. 8 A 02 R 36.2 P owned by The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., located in Hokandara to provide independent valuation report for the below land plot.
Qualified bidder should have at least five (05) years of prior experience in providing valuation reports in lands and shall have registration with The Institute of Valuers, Sri Lanka or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom (RICS) or equivalent institution.

All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as “Hokandara Land Valuation” on the top left – hand corner addressed to Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited, No. 35, D. R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo – 10 to reach on or before 2.30 p.m. on 07th July 2025.
