• Seat – Minimum 9 Seats – Adjustable
• Air Condition – Dual A/C
• Fuel – With Fuel
• Driver – With Driver
• Rate – Per Kilometer (including both ways)
• Operating Details – 30 days from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 a.m. on the next day
• Make – Nissan or Toyota preferred
Rate per km (including both ways), a Probable date to provide the vehicle, validity of price, terms of payment, fuel adjustment formula etc. to be clearly indicated on the offers.
Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope marked “Bids for Passenger Vans on Hire Basis” on the top left hand corner, to reach the Head of Procurement, on or before 18th March 2025 at 2.30 p.m. which will be opened immediately. No separate documents will be issued. Suppliers may use their own formalities.
Proposals may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Bidders or their accredited representatives will be allowed to present at the opening.
