Bidders, who are interested in providing the above mentioned service to Lake House, are requested to submit bid documents including Company Profile, Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to prove the contracts performed by the bidder in a sealed envelope marked as “Demolition of Building at Kotahena ” on the top left hand corner and should be sent to the Head of Procurement, on or before 03 June 2025.
