Site inspection could be arranged during on working days from 14th May 2025 to 21st May 2025 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Bid documents can be obtained between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on Weekdays from 15 May 2025 to 22nd May 2025 from the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd.
Bidders, who are interested in providing the above mentioned service to Lake House, are requested to submit bid documents including Company Profile, Reference list of similar contracts performed by the bidder in the recent past and all supporting documents to prove the contracts performed by the bidder.
Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope marked “Bids for Contractors for Construction Works – at Katharagama Rest – Cafeteria” on the top left hand corner, to The Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., No. 35, D. Wijewardene Mw., Colombo – 10 to reach on or before 27th May 2025 at 2.30 p.m. Bids may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Bidders or accredited representatives will be allowed to present at the opening. However, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
