The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd invites sealed quotations from qualified and reputed professional firms to carry out an audit assignment for Assessing the recoverability of long outstanding Trade Debtors. This assignment should be completed within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of commencement, & the final report to be submitted before 20th January 2026.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Firms registered and recognized by a relevant professional body
• Proven experience in audit and financial verification assignments
• Adequate professional staff and resources
Scope of Work:
• Verification of long-outstanding debtor balances through review of ageing analysis, supporting documents, and subsequent receipts.
• Assessment of recoverability, including evaluation of debtor payment history, disputes, and recovery actions taken.
• Reporting of audit findings and observations to management

Quotation may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Quotation will be opened immediately after closing time of the bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening.
