The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (ANCL), calls from Institution / Firms to submit a quotation for Physical Stock Verification.
Required Staff – 05 Person
Required Period – 10 days from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
locations – Head Office & Kotahena Warehouse
The scope includes:
• Physical verification of the stocks (Nearly 6,000 stock items under 28 categories)
• Report for the discrepancies identified during the verification
Entities who are interested in providing the above mentioned services to ANCL are requested to submit a quotation including,
i. Company profile.
ii. Contact Details.
iii. Financial proposal with all taxes (Payment per day per person).
Quotation should be sent in a sealed envelope marked as “Quotations for Physical Stocks Verification” on the top left hand corner and sent to Head of Procurement The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, No. 35, D.R. Wijewardena Mw, Colombo 10, to reach on or before 12th December 2025 at 2.30 p.m. Interested institutions / firms should be prepared to commence the verification assignment on or before 10th December 2025.
Quotation may be sent by post under registered cover or may be deposited in the bid box kept in the Procurement Dept. of The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd, Lake House, No. 35, D.R Wijewardena Mw, Colombo – 10.
Quotation will be opened immediately after closing time of the bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening.
The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason what so ever.
